Why we created Reciprocity 360
The college recruiting process—especially for academically elite schools like the Ivy League and NESCAC—is complex, competitive, and often confusing for families. Many student-athletes miss out on opportunities not because of talent or potential, but because they lack the right information at the right time.
We created Reciprocity 360 to change that.
Reciprocity 360 was built to connect ambition with experience—giving families access to guidance from student-athletes who’ve successfully navigated this path. By sharing their insights, these mentors help others avoid mistakes, make smarter decisions, and find the right academic and athletic fit.
Reciprocity 360 is about community, clarity, and contribution—ensuring no student-athlete has to go through the process uninformed or alone.
